OOPSY connects you with private and reliable spaces for your well-being. By using our app, you agree to join us following these simple communal rules and service guidelines.
3. Our Role. We act as a bridge between you and service providers. Each facility is responsible for its own safety and upkeep, as OOPSY does not directly manage the venues.
1. App Usage. We help you find nearby locations with useful info on location and hours. Your account is personal; please do not share your login details with others at any time.
2. Your Conduct. When visiting a space, care for it as your own and respect the staff. Staying tidy and clean helps us ensure a great experience for everyone in our community.
4. Responsibility. We work to provide accurate info, though we cannot guarantee it is perfect. Use of spaces is at your discretion and responsibility as permitted by local law.
5. Your Privacy. We use your location and basic data only to improve service and show nearby options. Your data is safe; we do not sell it, and you can delete it whenever you wish.
6. Intellectual Property. Everything you see on OOPSY (logo, design, and content) belongs to us. We ask that you do not copy or use these elements without our prior written consent.
7. Changes. We may update these terms to improve. If we make major changes, we will notify you via the app. Continued use of OOPSY means you agree with any of these new updates.
8. Closing Your Account. We want you to be happy, but in case of misuse, we may suspend access. You can also easily close your account yourself through the app support menu.
9. Governing Law. Any doubts or differences will be resolved by speaking with you in a friendly way. If that is not possible, we will follow current local commercial laws.
