OOPSY is a mobile app that connects people with nearby, clean, private and trusted spaces for comfort, hygiene and wellbeing. By utilizing OOPSY, you acknowledge and accept these specific Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of the App OOPSY facilitates finding open facilities in your vicinity by providing essential details such as general location, facility type, hours of operation, and specific usage policies. Use of this application is strictly individual and non-transferable. Users are prohibited from sharing account credentials or accessing the platform on behalf of others without specific authorization.
2. User Conduct. When accessing spaces via OOPSY, you agree to respect the location, its regulations, and the personnel in charge. You must keep the premises clean and in excellent condition, avoiding any illegal, hazardous, or unsuitable activities. Modifying, damaging, or taking any property from the site is strictly prohibited. OOPSY maintains the authority to suspend or block the accounts of any individuals who violate these professional standards or engage in misconduct.
3. Role of OOPSY OOPSY functions as a digital marketplace that links users with amenities provided by third-party vendors. We do not own or manage the majority of the listed locations. Consequently, the third-party provider is primarily responsible for the facility's physical upkeep, sanitization, safety standards, and adherence to local laws. OOPSY cannot promise that access to any specific site will be uninterrupted, nor can we guarantee that every environment will satisfy the unique preferences or requirements of every customer.
4. Limitation of Liability OOPSY strives to provide accurate and dependable details, yet we cannot guarantee that information is always precise, complete, or free from error. OOPSY is not liable for any damages, losses, incidents, or injuries occurring within the spaces, except as mandated by law. Your use of this application and the featured spaces is strictly at your own risk. Furthermore, OOPSY shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
5. Privacy and Personal Data OOPSY gathers specific data, including your account details, estimated location, and app interaction history, to deliver our core services. We utilize this information to identify suitable nearby locations, refine our platform's performance, and maintain a secure environment for all users. OOPSY does not sell your personal data to external parties. However, we may disclose certain information to space providers or designated partners exclusively to facilitate your bookings or verify availability. In accordance with applicable legal frameworks and OOPSY’s Privacy Policy, you maintain the right to request the modification or permanent deletion of your personal records at any time.
6. Intellectual Property The OOPSY name, logo, app design, visual content, and all brand elements are exclusively owned by OOPSY or utilized with official permission. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, reproducing, creating derivative works, or using any of these components without obtaining prior express written consent. Accessing and using the application does not confer any ownership or intellectual property rights regarding OOPSY or its associated content.
7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions OOPSY may update these Terms and Conditions to improve the service, adapt to legal changes, or add new features. Important updates will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the app after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms. Users who do not agree should discontinue using the app and may request account deletion.
8. Account Cancellation and Suspension OOPSY may suspend or cancel accounts if it detects fraudulent use, serious breach of these Terms and Conditions, illegal activities or behaviour that puts others or the platform at risk; and that users can also request to close their account at any time by following the instructions in the app or contacting support.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the region where OOPSY primarily conducts its operations. All disputes arising from the use of the platform will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of the relevant jurisdiction, unless mandatory laws provide otherwise.
